INDIANAPOLIS—Apr 24, 2026. Yesterday, the Central Indiana Women’s Business Center (CIWBC), a program of the Indy Chamber, announced the recipients of the 2026 Jacqueline Troy Inspired Fund (JTIF) Awards during the 12th Annual Women in Business Retreat, presented by Hirons. Inspire Award: Ravan Carter, Owner, Bag-ish

Impact Award: Arianna Cruz, Owner, MORE Magazine

The Jacqueline Troy Inspired Fund honors the legacy of former CIWBC Director Jacqueline Troy by investing in women entrepreneurs and leaders who are building meaningful businesses and creating pathways for others to succeed. The awards recognize individuals who not only demonstrate business excellence but also contribute to a more inclusive and supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem.

“Each year, the JTIF Awards highlight the incredible work happening across our community,” said Stephanie James, Director, CWIBC. “Arianna and Ravan represent the kind of leadership and vision that moves our region forward—leaders who are not only building successful businesses but also creating opportunities for others along the way.”

The awards were presented as part of the Women in Business Retreat, an annual convening that brings together women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals for a day of connection, learning, and growth.

“I’m honored to receive this recognition and to be part of a community that truly invests in women entrepreneurs,” said Arianna Cruz. “Programs like CIWBC and the Jacqueline Troy Inspired Fund create opportunities that extend far beyond individual businesses, they strengthen entire communities.”

“This award is a reminder of the power of community and shared support,” said Ravan Carter. “When women are equipped with the right resources and surrounded by the right people, there’s no limit to what we can build.”

Through initiatives like the Jacqueline Troy Inspired Fund, CIWBC continues to expand access to resources, funding, and support systems that help women entrepreneurs start, grow, and scale their businesses across Central Indiana.
