The Indiana Arts Commission (IAC) has announced the opening of applications for its 2025 Creative Leap program, a six-week virtual workshop series designed to enhance the business strategies of established creative entrepreneurs. Led by Dr. Elaine Grogan Luttrull of Minerva Financial Arts, the program aims to support up to 15 participants in refining their strategic planning and business acumen.
Eligible applicants are Indiana-based creative entrepreneurs who have been operating their businesses for five to seven years, generate at least zero or positive revenue, and have access to existing record-keeping and customer systems. The program is open to artists across various disciplines, including dance, music, visual arts, literature, and more.
Participants will engage in weekly workshops scheduled from July 28 to August 18, 2025, each running from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. ET. The sessions will cover topics such as goal setting, financial forecasting, and strategic implementation. Additionally, each participant will receive a $1,000 honorarium to invest in business resources identified during the workshops.
Applications are due by 4:30 p.m. ET on June 13, 2025. Interested individuals can find more information and apply through the IAC’s official website.
