Hirons, a full-service marketing and communications consulting agency providing advertising, public relations and digital services, has promoted Meghan Lutz to associate creative director.
In this role, Lutz will oversee all design and art direction in the agency’s creative department while also serving as lead art director on several accounts.

With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Lutz has a wealth of knowledge in art direction and graphic design. Lutz’s combined creativity and technical precision ensure projects produce visually compelling designs that are not only user-centric but meet the high standards of Hirons’ diverse client base, reinforcing the agency’s commitment to expanding its digital capabilities.
Lutz earned her bachelor’s degree in graphic design and a minor in digital imaging at the University of Akron – Myers School of Art.
