Riley Bennett Egloff LLP (RBE) is pleased to announce that Jaclyn M. Flint has been named a partner with Riley Bennett Egloff effective January 1, 2025. “We are pleased to welcome Jaclyn to partnership at RBE,” managing partner Kevin Tharp said. “Jaclyn has been a valuable asset to the Firm as an Associate and we look forward to her contributions to the Firm and our clients for years to come.”
Jaclyn primarily focuses her practice on Intellectual Property Law and Litigation, Sports and Entertainment Law, Commercial Litigation, and Business and Corporate Law. Jaclyn earned her J.D. summa cum laude at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law after earning her undergraduate degree with Highest Distinction at Purdue University. Throughout her career, Jaclyn has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, and Indiana Super Lawyers. She is a graduate of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy.
Prior to joining RBE, Jaclyn served as a federal law clerk for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana where she worked with the Honorable Judges Larry J. McKinney, Sarah Evans Barker, and Tanya Walton Pratt.
Jaclyn is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association where she has served on the Executive Committees for the Intellectual Property and Sports and Entertainment Law Sections, including having previously been the Chair of the Sports and Entertainment Law Section, and serving as the Chair of the Intellectual Property Section in 2025. She is also a member of the Young Lawyers Division, and the Women and the Law Division.
