In this role, Jeremy will establish and strengthen partnerships within the community to address unmet needs, expand access to care, and advance our mission of helping people live happy, healthy lives.

A seasoned healthcare leader, Jeremy brings over two decades of experience in operations and business development. He is passionate about improving healthcare access for underserved populations and has a proven track record of driving meaningful change and process improvement in complex environments.

Jeremy holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a dual degree in Psychology and Criminology from Ball State University. Known for his strategic thinking, problem-solving expertise, and team-building skills, Jeremy is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to the communities he serves.
