Bosma announces new Vice President of Programs Services

Today, Bosma Enterprises announced Marsha Egan as the new Vice President of Programs Services now leading all rehabilitation and employment services at the Bosma Center for Visionary Solutions. Egan was previously the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Bosma Enterprises.

“After nearly a decade at Bosma, Marsha has consistently proven herself to be dedicated to the mission, and the success of Bosma Enterprises’ program and staff,” said Bosma Enterprises’ Executive Vice President, Lise Pace. “She has excelled in many pivotal roles at Bosma and there is no doubt that she will transition into her new responsibilities with ease.”

Egan joined Bosma Enterprises as an Itinerant Rehabilitation Teacher in 2015. In 2018, she transitioned to the role of Itinerant Rehabilitation Manager. Her success in this role led to her promotion to Director of Rehabilitation Services in 2022.

“My time at Bosma has provided some of the most fulfilling moments in my career,” said Egan. “In this new role, I am excited to further build and strengthen relationships with the staff and clients who illustrate Bosma’s impact on the community.”

Egan is currently a member of the Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (AER), IN-AER. She was also a recipient of the Self Advocates of Indiana Professional Award (2013). Some of her past affiliations also include:
