INDIANAPOLIS – Ambrose Property Group announced today that it has added Jackie Blankenship as senior accounting manager and Lexy Bowser as executive assistant.
As senior accounting manager, Blankenship will provide oversight to monthly reporting and analysis at both the Fund level and property level. She will also lead the coordination of annual external audits and property level expense budgets, in addition to supporting fund administration activities. Blankenship joined Ambrose from Bradley Company where she had been client services accounting manager. She previously spent 16 years with Duke Realty (now Prologis) in various accounting roles. Blankenship holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from Indiana University Indianapolis.
“Jackie is a welcome addition to the accounting and finance team at Ambrose,” said Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Stacey Anderson. “She brings a shared commitment to excellence, and her experience will further strengthen the accounting and investment management services that Ambrose provides to our investors and tenants.”
As executive assistant, Bowser will provide administrative support to members of Ambrose’s Executive Leadership Committee. Bowser previously spent nearly two years at Prologis, where she served as a real estate and customer service coordinator, in addition to three years with Duke Realty and four years at Weidner Apartment Homes. She holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from Ball State University.
