AI Reporting
FM Quickstart 2025 brings AI into your reports with an OpenAI integration. No more time-consuming report generation—simply enter a prompt and instantly generate graphs that provide clear insights into your business metrics. Whether you’re tracking sales trends or employee distributions, AI reporting turns data into actionable visuals with a snapshot of information in seconds.

Builds
Many businesses build inventory from an already existing inventory of parts. If your business tracks the materials used in production, this new feature will be immensely useful for you. You can now streamline your production process by creating, editing, and deleting build “recipes” defined by the build components and their productions. Additionally, you can generate builds from these recipes that will decrease your part inventory and increase your product inventory accordingly, saving you time and reducing errors.

Work Orders
Managing production is easier than ever with FM Quickstart 2025's enhanced work order system. If you assemble products without tracking an inventory of parts used to create them, you can instead generate work orders. With this year’s release, you can create work orders, attach line items, and assign them to employees.
