Join us to celebrate the opening of our 5th CenterWell Senior Primary Care location in Indy!  We serve the Medicare population with wrap around services.  Our providers see just 8 – 10 patients per day allowing us to focus on quality care.

Our Grand Opening celebration will feature a parking lot party with a big tent, food truck, DJ, bingo, flowers, tours, prizes and a chance to meet providers.  Local vendors on hand with great resources for seniors.
