Business Development Representative
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Mission:
Change the lives of our customers by helping them keep their businesses clean, safe, and looking great. Introduce Wildman’s products, services, and value proposition to new prospects, and grow the customer base within the designated sales region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales activity metrics: 75 cold calls, 40 walk-ins, and 10 scheduled appointments per week.
- Prospect for new opportunities and document customer engagement data.
- Maintain a minimum weekly sales average of $100 for contracted business.
- Prepare and present quotes and sales proposals.
- Gather competitive market intelligence to target and acquire new customers.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for tracking sales activities.
- Understand and negotiate service agreements and terms.
- Conduct business in alignment with Wildman’s core values.

Qualifications:
- Highly motivated with persistence and strong listening skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to make successful presentations at all organizational levels.
- Confident in calculating pricing figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Travel-based role, visiting prospective customers’ offices.
- Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a clean BMV record required.
