Bosma Enterprises names new chief operating officer

Bosma Enterprises announced the addition of Jean Barske to its executive team as chief operating officer. Barske was formerly the chief strategy officer for Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana and previously served on Bosma’s board of directors.

 

“We are thrilled to announce the addition of Jean Barske to our team,” said Bosma president and CEO, Jeffrey Mittman. “Jean brings over 15 years of experience in various health care leadership roles and will be a great leader at Bosma.”

 

As director of business development and chief strategy officer at Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana, Barske spearheaded strategic direction, growth and innovation to ensure long-term organizational success.

 

In her new role with Bosma, Barske will be responsible for maintaining smooth business operations by leveraging her experience in the health care field alongside her deep knowledge of business strategy. She boasts a wide range of experience, from overseeing operations for therapy services to developing actionable strategies to improve hospital services.

 

“I look forward to using my skills and experience to create employment opportunities for people with vision loss,” Barske said. “This mission of this organization is rewarding on so many levels. I look forward to progressing making our community a better place to live and work through this role.”

 

Barske earned her master’s in business administration with a specialization in health care from Indiana Wesleyan. She has served as a board member of Bosma Enterprises and was appointed by the state to the stroke prevention taskforce.
