Taft welcomes Jacqueline Caserio to the firm’s Business group in the Indianapolis office. Caserio focuses her practice on all aspects of business law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. She has experience advising clients of all sizes, from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining Taft, Caserio was a corporate associate at a regional firm where she assisted with entity selection for new businesses, the drafting of operating agreements, bylaws and shareholder agreements, and the sale and purchase of businesses, including the due diligence process.
Caserio earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana Maurer School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in political science and international studies from the University of Michigan. While in law school, she was an Articles Editor for the Indiana Law Journal and was a judicial clerk for Magistrate Judge Anthony Patti, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
