Description
The Director of Marketing Services role is a full-time position with PMG at an expected 40 hours per week contribution. PMG is a digital-first, virtual company that works remotely. At least quarterly and not more than monthly, it’s expected for team members to meet in-person in the Indianapolis, IN area or at PMG headquarters in Carmel, IN. Preference is for candidates based in Indianapolis.
Roles + Responsibilities
Client Delivery (70%) :
- Own client projects ensuring effective and efficient execution that exceeds expectations
- Regularly communicate internally and externally to provide strategic guidance, share insights, and make recommendations
- Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service that anticipates client needs and creates trust
- Conduct market research, develop brand messaging and visual identity, create marketing collateral, optimize digital channels, and measure and analyze results
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources
- Improve clients’ branding, marketing, and digital presence through marketing strategies, plans and tactics that align with clients’ business objectives and the project’s scope
- Actively participate in virtual client meetings and team calls
- Be responsive and proactive in addressing issues or concerns
- Work with other internal PMG resources and the team of consultants to deliver projects
- Stay current with marketing trends and best practices (e.g., trends, tools, techniques) and apply this knowledge to projects and initiatives
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Write and edit copy for client deliverables
- Use the written and visual brand standards of each client
- Assist client proposal development
- Make communication plans for internal and external use
- Participate in stakeholder assessment interviews
Market and Business Development (20%):
- Support business development efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities which may involve research, pitch material creation, pitch meetings, and contributing to proposals, RFPs, and presentations
- Recommend strategies for pursuing new business opportunities and identify opportunities for speaking engagements or other public relations activities
- Identify, develop, and win new opportunities in the local market and beyond
- Create a blueprint for repeating market expansion in other local markets
Practice Development (10%):
- Enhance PMG’s Marketing Services strategy for PMG and its clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for PMG and its clients
- Assist in managing PMG’s brand and reputation

- Project Delivery Timeliness
- Client Content Performance Metrics (Social Media Engagement, Content conversion, etc.)
