President & CEO, Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center - (near southwest side, Indianapolis) — rare opportunity to take the helm of one of the leading neighborhood community centers in Indianapolis. For 113 years, Mary Rigg has been a trusted social services provider on Indianapolis’ west side serving over 4,000 individuals and families each year. Mary Rigg supports adults, youth, and families seeking help, hope, and better opportunities. Mary Rigg partners with neighbors from our immediate community and attracts residents from across the city who seek to participate in our programs. Programs and services include: 1) Adult Employment Enrichment Opportunities, 2) Youth Enrichment Opportunities, and 3) Family Help & Community Enrichment. This leadership opening is created by the pending retirement of a successful 18-year leader.

This is a highly visible leadership role. The President & CEO works in the universe of “inner-city multi-service community center/workforce services/youth and family services”. This role is perfectly suited for a confident and creative nonprofit or community leader looking for their next career challenge. Our recent strategic plan is focused on community engagement and program expansion. Mary Rigg has a $12.5+ million balance sheet, including significant endowment, financial reserves, and a clear budget and cash flow model to fund operations and the mission.
