Who should Own your Business After You?

Who should own your business after you? Employee ownership isn’t a new idea, but it’s widely overlooked — surprisingly so, given how the models have been shown to benefit not just workers but also owners. Companies looking to convert to employee ownership can find examples across industries, firm sizes and ages, and ownership stakes.

Join us on March 21st 1 to 4 PM to learn more about two models: ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plans) and worker cooperatives from our industry experts. This is a joint presentation with the Central Indiana SBDC, the Indiana Cooperative Development Center, and the Indiana Center for Employee Ownership and is geared toward companies that may be investigating a liquidity event/sale or succession planning.

Note: This is an in-person event at Butler University, Indianapolis Indiana, and attendance is limited to the first 30 participants.
