Ambrose Property Group announces team promotions

INDIANAPOLIS – Ambrose Property Group announced today that several of its team members have been promoted to new positions within the organization.

Scott Sanders has been promoted to senior vice president, development and national build-to-suit market officer. In his four years at Ambrose, Sanders has been instrumental in the establishment of new national client relationships and in leading the execution of complex projects for leading e-commerce, logistics and consumer businesses. He has 19 years of industry experience, having previously spent 15 years with Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE), now Prologis (NYSE: PLD). With his promotion, Sanders will continue leading Ambrose’s national build-to-suit team, furthering existing client relationships and providing logistics and e-commerce real estate solutions for new national clients.

Cody Garrison has been promoted to director of development. Since joining Ambrose four years ago, Garrison has autonomously delivered successful projects for many of Ambrose’s more important clients. With 10 years of experience, he has developed new industrial facilities throughout the country, including e-commerce, industrial food grade, medical grade and speculative projects. In his new role, Garrison will provide leadership oversight to development team members in the execution of projects for national, build-to-suit clients.

India Newkirk has been promoted to director of accounting. With 17 years of industry experience, Newkirk has been instrumental in leading various initiatives for Ambrose while consistently providing excellent service. She previously spent 11 years with Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE), now Prologis (NYSE: PLD), in addition to spending time in the public accouting sector. In her new role, Newkirk will be responsible for all aspects of accounting for both Amrose and the company’s private equity funds.  

M.J. Boddie has been promoted to engagement manager. With nine years of experience in event coordination and hospitality, including three years with Ambrose, Boddie works closely with both the marketing and talent and culture teams at Ambrose. In her new role, she will continue to lead internal and external events and client and culture initiatives.

Lauren Reinking has been promoted to development coordinator. Since joining Ambrose in 2022, Reinking has provided a high level of hospitality for Ambrose and office guests in addition to providing administrative support for the Ambrose development team. In her new role, she will focus on providing administrative support to the Ambrose development team.
