Women In Leadership: Moving From Conflict to Collaboration

Conflict is an inevitable part of any relationship, whether personal or professional. However, conflict does not have to be disruptive or destructive. This year’s Leadership Johnson County Women In Leadership workshop will focus on learning how to deal with the anxiety we feel when faced with conflict and confrontation, how personalities play a role in conflict and conflict resolution, how to deal with “difficult people,” and creating environments that are psychologically safe.

The workshop will be held Friday, February 9 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Compass Park Event Center in Franklin. Cost is $135 for the general public and $115 for Leadership Johnson County and Franklin College alumni and Franklin, Aspire and IndyChamber members.
