Workshop on Experiential Learning and Team Culture

Think back to your childhood. How did you learn? The answer for most of us was through play, experimenting and asking questions. It’s how children forge friendships at daycare, at school and on the playground. It’s no different for adults. Creating a positive team culture can also be achieved through experiential learning by using games and activities in a conscious way.

Leadership Johnson County will host a workshop on Embrace Your Inner Child: Using Experiential Activities to Create a Team Culture from 9:00 to 12:00 noon on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at the Johnson County Armory. You’ll learn how to choose and design activities which will meet the team’s needs in areas of communication, problem solving, building trust, and collaboration, and how to facilitate and debrief activities to enhance participant learning.

Registration is required. Cost is $59 per person for Leadership Johnson County Signature Program graduates, Franklin College alumni, Franklin and Indy Chamber of Commerce members, and Aspire members. General public pricing is $69 per person. Group discounts are available.  Register here:
