Jennifer Gibson (Indiana Region President of Northwest Bank) won the 2023 Woman of the Year Award. The award was presented at the 2023 Banking on Women Conference hosted by the Indiana Bankers Association. The IBA Woman of the Year Award celebrates women in banking who excels at her profession, is active in the community and supports other females to reach their full potential – whether in banking or other fields. The award was presented to Jennifer last week in Indianapolis.
