Today, Bosma Enterprises announced the addition of Dr. Jaime Wilbur to the leadership team as the vice president of sales and business development. Wilbur was formerly vice president of the medical/surgical division at ASE Direct.
"We are thrilled to welcome Jaime to the team," said Lise Pace, executive vice president of Bosma Enterprises. “Jaime’s extensive background in not only government acquisition work, but also nonprofit strategy, brings value and new growth opportunities to our team.”
Prior to her work with Bosma, Wilbur served as director of acquisition services for seven years at Strategic Acquisition Center and oversaw Department of Veteran Affairs acquisitions, providing program management expertise and life cycle management in enterprise solutions for mission-critical contracts. In this new role with Bosma, Wilbur will be responsible for all aspects of the development and execution of the organization’s strategic plan as it pertains to expanding and developing key lines of business. She also has experience at the director level in areas such as contracting and procurement.
“It is an honor to be joining the Bosma Enterprises team,” Wilbur said. “My previous experience introduced me to the organization, and I have always been impressed with its mission. I am excited to learn and continue working to provide employment opportunities for Hoosiers who are blind or visually impaired.”
Wilbur earned her doctorate in business administration from Walden University with a specific focus on allocating fund strategies for improving nonprofit organizations’ effectiveness and sustainability.
