Borshoff expands account and operations teams

Borshoff, an award-winning advertising, creative and PR agency, is expanding its account and operations teams with two new hires.

Katie O’Malley is Borshoff’s new Advertising Senior Account Director. O’Malley has 13 years of experience in advertising, marketing and video production and seven years of agency experience, including serving as founding partner and CEO for two agencies. She brings to Borshoff expertise as a senior-level counselor and advertising and marketing strategist for numerous global organizations and brands and also has film and television production expertise, having produced critically acclaimed films. In her new role, O’Malley will lead strategy and direction for the creative, digital and media buying teams for some of Borshoff’s largest advertising accounts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations and a second bachelor’s degree in Film & Video, both from Grand Valley State University, and an MBA from University of Louisville.

Summer Webb joins Borshoff as Operations Director. Webb has more than 13 years of operations management and leadership experience with prominent Indianapolis non-profit, higher education and healthcare organizations. At Borshoff, Webb will work closely with the CEO, IT, human resources and accounting teams to ensure superior operational efficiency and accountability, as well as effectively support and grow the agency. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an MBA from Western Governors University Indiana.
