Celebrating Women Leaders in Sports

Indianapolis, Ind.—Bloombase is proud to announce a powerful alignment and partnership with Women Leaders in Sports (Women Leaders) – the only nationally recognized professional membership organization whose mission is to develop, connect, advance, and champion women leaders working in sports.

Bloombase and Women Leaders will work together to develop customized executive-level leadership and coaching programs for Women Leaders in Sports members through the Women Leaders Performance Institute – the organization’s leadership consulting arm launched in 2020.

“We have a shared goal to elevate the excellence of women working and leading in sports, and I am incredibly grateful for Sheri’s investment in our organization as a partner, thought leader, and champion for women’s advancement,” said Patti Phillips, CEO of Women Leaders in Sports.

Bloombase is led by Sheri Fella, Founder and CEO. As a former student-athlete, Fella understands the high impact value that experience in sports gives a leader and has a strong passion for supporting women leaders across all business sectors. Fella has provided coaching and insights at numerous Women Leaders programs and was a featured speaker at the Women Leaders in Sports National Convention this October.

“Women Leaders is a strong community of diversity, innovation, and growth, and I feel super-powered by their leadership and the women who are driving positive change in sports,” said Sheri Fella, Founder of Bloombase. “I am personally committed to seeing their impact reach new heights and expand beyond their organization. Our hope is that the alignment between Bloombase and Women Leaders will support the success and retention of women leading in sports – because the world of sports impacts all of us and we know the world needs them.”
