Holladay Properties is hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Union Square, its newest Indianapolis apartment community in the Fountain Square District. The event took place on October 19, 2023, at 1233 Shelby St, Indianapolis, IN 46203, less than one mile from Monument Circle. The celebration comes three months after the community officially welcomed its first residents.
The $17M million luxury apartment community features 70 residences in a variety of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom layouts. Residents can enjoy top-notch amenities such as a clubhouse with a terrace, a courtyard with an outdoor fire pit, electric vehicle charging stations, a 24-hour fitness center, private parking, and more. Centier Bank is financing the project, and the building was designed by Blackline Studio.
