This full service branch will offer a traditional teller line to serve members, as well as lending officers and universal service representatives to assist members with lending and account needs. The current Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) situated behind the old branch will remain. ITMs allow members to see and speak with a live teller as they process their transaction during branch hours, providing more personalized member service. Branch hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Saturday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Drive-Up ITM hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Elaine Champe will serve as the branch manager.
John Newett, President and CEO of IMCU, said, “The Westside Branch has grown to be one of our busiest. This new building provides a modern footprint with ample room for members and the convenience of being in the same location. This new space will allow us to provide more efficient service to our growing west side community.”
