Destra Change Client, DigiKey, Featured on NPR Marketplace

DigiKey, located in Thief River Falls, MN, is featured in an NPR Marketplace Morning Report on "lessons for a tight labor market." NPR spoke with President Dave Doherty about the importance of cross training and meeting both the company's and employees' needs. DigiKey in far northern Minnesota is the fifth largest electronics distributor in the world and a "5 billion dollar revenue giant with operations around the world." DigiKey partnered with Destra Consulting Group in 2022 to develop their change management capability. Senator Amy Klobuchar visited DigiKey in January of this year and Bette Smith, Owner of Destra, and the DigiKey change team had a quick photo opportunity with her where she quipped that the "House could really use that."
