Ambrose Completes Two Buildings at Growing Westpoint Business Park

INDIANAPOLIS – Ambrose Property Group announced it has completed two more buildings in Westpoint Business Park located in Hendricks County.

Westpoint Business Park Building IV is a 500,000-square-foot Class A facility seeking LEED Silver certification BD+C through the U.S. Green Building Council. The building has been leased by a confidential tenant which will use the building to produce and distribute corrugated products using state-of-the-art technology and processes.

Westpoint Business Park Building V is currently occupied by a confidential tenant. The more than 1 million-square-foot logistics facility is the company’s second location within Westpoint Business Park. In 2021, the tenant moved into Building II at the industrial park, a 507,600-square-foot facility that, combined with Building V, serves as the tenant’s Midwest distribution and logistics hub. Building V is seeking LEED ID+C Gold certification and promotes several sustainable features, including indoor water reducing plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, power monitoring, enhanced energy modeling and commissioning of HVAC systems, green parking with electric vehicle charging stations and construction waste landfill diversion efforts.

“We are seeing a lot of momentum at Westpoint Business Park,” said Grant Goldman, Ambrose executive vice president of development. “It’s an ideal location with immediate adjacency to I-70 and close proximity to both the Indianapolis Airport and Indianapolis itself. We expect interest to remain high as we continue to develop the remaining available sites.”

Located at the intersection of Interstate 70 and State Road 39 in the southwest Indianapolis submarket, Westpoint Business Park will feature up to 10 Class-A distribution buildings totalling nearly 6 million square feet. Buildings will range in size from 200,000 to over 1 million square feet. The park will rank as one of the largest distrubtion/logistics parks in Indiana upon completion.

Other Westpoint Business Park tenants include Love’s Truck Solutions and Stryker (NYSE: SYK). More information about the park and future plans are available here. Since 2020, Ambrose has developed nearly 3 million square feet of Class A industrial, logistics and e-commerce facilities in the park representing a total investment of nearly $219 million.
