Circle Centre Mall Welcomes Alkaline Electric Goddess and Mt. Fuji Sushi

The best lineup of restaurants in the state adds sushi and vegan eateries to the menu

INDIANAPOLIS Circle Centre Mall’s premier lineup of restaurants and entertainment venues is expanding and offering more variety to Downtown Indianapolis with the additions of Alkaline Electric Goddess and Mt. Fuji Sushi.

Opening this weekend, Alkaline Electric Goddess brings soul food powered by plants and simple organic ingredients to the mall’s Dining Pavilion on Level 3. The menu is plant-based and made without any animal product, fulfilling the demand for a fully vegan restaurant option. Customers can enjoy a variety of healthy bowls, sandwiches and entrees made from only the purest ingredients.

Slated to open later this year, Mt. Fuji Sushi will offer a casual sushi dining experience using only the freshest and natural ingredients for every dish. The robust menu will feature dynamite rolls, tiger rolls, spider rolls, chicken and beef teriyaki, and more. Mt. Fuji Sushi will take over space at the southeast corner of Illinois Street and Maryland Street.

“Mt. Fuji Sushi will have the best Asian food chefs from Japan and Hong Kong, bringing authentic Asian cuisines to Indy,” says Chris Yang, a representative of Mt. Fuji Sushi’s ownership. “We have been working in Indiana for many years and are excited to open this restaurant at Circle Centre Mall.”

“Circle Centre Mall is delighted to welcome Mt. Fuji Sushi and Alkaline Electric Goddess to the best lineup of restaurant and entertainment concepts in the state of Indiana. We are continuously seeking to meet customer demand downtown and are confident these concepts will do very well with residents and visitors alike,” says Circle Centre Mall Vice President, General Manager Luke Aeschliman. “Adding Alkaline Electric Goddess and Mt. Fuji Sushi to our dining mix is how we continue to offer the best of the best in Downtown Indy.”
