First Class Graduates From Crystal Signature Events’ Culinary Training Program

Congratulations are in order for the first graduating class of a new culinary training program developed in partnership between Warren Central High School and Crystal Signature Events.

Warren Central High School juniors and seniors received their program graduation certificate after participating in hands-on training with Crystal Signature Events’ corporate chefs from October 2022 through May 2023. Fourteen students gained first-hand culinary experience working at The Crane Bay Event Center, The Indiana Roof Ballroom, and The Heirloom at N. K. Hurst on designated school days from 10:00-11:45am.

“We are honored to partner with Warren Central High School to allow their students to gain real, hands-on work experience in a fast-paced environment. Our goal is to give them impactful training before they enter the workforce and pursue a career as a culinary professional,” said Jack Bayt, founder of Crystal Signature Events. “We would ultimately love to see them return to Crystal after graduation.”

With more than 40 years of experience as Indy’s premier catering and events team, Crystal Signature Events is working to train the next generation of culinary and event professionals with an innovative approach to hands-on training.
