(Indianapolis, Indiana) – Premier Commercial Real Estate Services is continuing to grow & thrive. In the last six months, they moved to a larger office, hired more brokers, ramped up their construction sector, launched a new website, updated their brand, were on the list of the Top TCN Worldwide Member Deals for Q4’22, & last but certainly not least, earned the AMO^® (Accredited Management Organization) accreditation from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).

Premier Commercial joins an exclusive group of nearly 600 real estate management companies worldwide that have met the requirements to earn the AMO distinction. AMOs demonstrate strong financial performance, outstanding leadership, & adhere to a Code of Professional Ethics strictly enforced by IREM to maintain integrity beyond reproach. Accreditation as an AMO requires firms to follow best practices in real estate management, demonstrating that they meet standards & functions related to operations & service. Property owners can be assured that an AMO will put their interests first.

As of May 18, Premier Commercial’s new address is officially 9785 Crosspoint Boulevard, Suite 118. They have moved into a 4,420-square-foot suite, nearly quadrupling the size of their current offices in Binford Commons, off Binford Boulevard. This buildout was part of the ever-growing construction projects Premier Commercial is taking part in. They also added brokers Sam Garvin, James Gruesser, and Steve Monnet to the team, among others who will be coming on board shortly. Company culture is vital to Premier Commercial, so each team member is carefully selected.
