The Annex Group® Announces Two New Team Promotions

INDIANAPOLIS – The Annex Group®, a leading impact housing developer that creates workforce, affordable and student housing communities, announces today two notable team member promotions. Both David Wesner and Tyler Knox have been promoted to Director of Development. In this position, both will help lead the development team on all aspects of property development, including market analysis and site selection, project entitlement, project underwriting, tax credit allocation, construction and more.

Wesner most recently served as a Land Acquisition and Development Manager after joining The Annex Group as a Development Associate in 2019. Since 2021, he has been working in and leading the company’s Denver, Colorado satellite office. Knox joined The Annex Group as a Development Manager in 2020. Since that time, he’s played a critical role in procuring new development projects and has helped The Annex Group expand into states beyond its Midwestern roots.
