Girl Scouts of Central Indiana now also home to Founders Lodge Event & Conference Center

The Founders Lodge Event & Conference Center launched in 2021. Since then it has grown to be a premiere meeting space for businesses, nonprofits, large families, and school events in central Indiana.

Located on Girl Scouts of Central Indiana property at Camp Dellwood on the west side of Indianapolis, is a 37,000 square foot upscale yet rustic event and conference center with innovative features set on 141 beautifully wooded acres of land. The Founders Lodge has three large conference/event rooms and smaller breakout spaces, and provides an event hostess, recommendations for catering, and much more. The beautiful, rustic entry and lobby create a warm and welcoming environment, perfect for a pre-event social space – there’s even room for a small band to entertain guests.

All spaces and events include access to a catering kitchen, projector with wall-sized screens, wireless microphone, a lectern, ample free parking, banquet tables with linens for food service, tables and chairs, and event set up and tear down.

Air rifles, archery, sling shots and hiking trails as add-on activities, weather permitting, promote fun, team-building, and exciting experiences.

“I would highly recommend utilizing Girl Scouts of Central Indiana's facilities for your next meeting or event,” said Wendy McNamar, Women's Fund of Central Indiana consultant. “Our group was in the Daisy room, which had a door that led to the beautiful front porch, which we utilized on breaks. The planning process and communication went extremely smoothly. The tour of Camp Dellwood at the end of our meeting was a great way to end the day on a high note.”

The three large conference rooms can open to create one space with capacity to hold up to 150 people.
