Charitable Advisors Wrapping Up Central Indiana Nonprofit Salary Survey

We’re in an incredibly tough job market. Trends like The Great Resignation, quiet quitting, hybrid work, and rising salaries have significantly disrupted HR practices.  Central Indiana nonprofits have joined the scramble to hire talent and retain employees, with many of them reporting that they’re now outsourcing their hiring efforts to recruiters.

So, have you raised salaries? Kept them about the same? Take a few minutes out of your day to let us know. Your organization information will remain confidential.

Let [email protected] know your contact person to compete the survey and we can follow up from there. The survey will close by mid-March when we reach our participation goal.

As a thank you for your participation, your organization will receive an early edition of the full report — which includes salary information from about 250 or more Central Indiana organizations in 26 categories of job roles. Participants will receive the salary report in June — months before it is distributed to the public in September.

Questions? Contact Julie at [email protected]
