FORUM Credit Union Announces Organizational Updates/Promotions

FORUM Credit Union announces that Andrew Spirrison has been named Chief Member Experience Officer. In this role, he will join the executive leadership team and will be responsible for both the Retail and the EPS (Electronic Payment Systems) teams. Spirrison joined FORUM in October 2004 and has held various leadership positions throughout his tenure.

In addition to his responsibilities at FORUM, Spirrison is involved in the credit union community, having participated as a member of both the Filene Research Institute i3 and the Indiana Credit Union League’s ignite programs. He currently serves as a board member of the Indiana Credit Union League Credit Union Service Centers (shared credit union branching).

Jenny Budreau is transitioning into FORUM’s Chief People Officer, retaining responsibility for the Human Resources and Organizational Development functions. Additionally, Sherry Jacobson has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Fraud/Loss Prevention. Sherry joined FORUM’s team in 2000 and has served in various roles over the past 23 years. Wes Boggs joins the FORUM team as the Technical Support Manager – Technology. Wes brings a background in system administration and management.
