Hosted by the Kelley School’s Center for the Business of Life Sciences, the Feb. 24 conference in Indianapolis will take a deep dive into the healthcare ecosystem, determining what’s value for an organization’s customers, be they patients, physicians, hospital groups, insurers, can be confusing and even ambiguous. Identifying the right information to share and selecting the best ways to reach customers represents both an opportunity and a challenge.
