Doesn’t it make sense that we’ll be most effective if we align work with what people naturally do well? Power Up Your Strengths is a certification program designed to help you become better equipped to bring out the talents of others. Inspired by the CliftonStrengths® assessment, you’ll finish the program ready to help people do what they do best. And you’ll enjoy doing so, too!

This program is all virtual, with a combination of classes and personal work.

Who might be a good candidate for this program?

Somebody passionate about transforming company culture
A leader who wants to deeply understand their team’s strengths
A coach or trainer
Someone doing work with CliftonStrengths® who hasn’t gotten certified yet

Franklin College Announces 2022 Commencement, Baccalaureate Details

Franklin College will host its 2022 commencement ceremony at 10 a.m., Saturday, May 21 in Spurlock Center Gymnasium on campus. Seating is limited and tickets are required to attend the ceremony. The event will be live-streamed on the college website, www.FranklinCollege.edu/commencement.
