Patriot Welcomes Sarah Clark, Environmental Compliance Manager

Ms. Clark brings over seven years of experience providing environmental regulatory compliance for air, water and land medias, with extensive industrial expertise. Most recently, Ms. Clark has managed the regulatory compliance of twenty-three (23) asphalt cement and asphalt emulsion plants in Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Ohio and Wisconsin.  Her areas of expertise include National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting and compliance; Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP); Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans; Preparedness, Prevention and Contingency (PPC) plans; air permitting, reporting, and compliance; hazardous waste management, characterization, and reporting; Toxic Release Inventory reporting, and Tier II reporting.

When Sarah isn’t handling our client’s environmental compliance needs, you may find her doing some home repairs, arts and crafts, traveling, learning new recipes, or doing something outdoors.
