Too often, employees tell us that performance doesn’t really matter. They hear from their manager occasionally, then once a year they find out how much of a raise they’re getting. It doesn’t motivate them to be better, to try harder, to grow and develop. Actually, it demotivates them. OUCH!
Performance Management is an amazing tool when aligned with the organization’s strategy and a focus on the employee’s strengths and areas of development. When used appropriately, it can propel employees, departments, and organizations to the next level.
What is the new reality? Motivate, Measure, and Develop.
Join us as we dive into how to pivot from an “old-school” to a “new-school” performance management culture.
This session is accredited for one SHRM recertification credit hour.
