IndyGo’s Foundation to Host Annual Golf Outing

The Indianapolis Public Transportation Foundation (IPTF) announces its 2nd Annual Golf Outing scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 29, at Eagle Creek Golf Club, located at 8802 W 56th St. Check-in starts at 10 a.m. with a shotgun start at 11 a.m. Lunch and dinner will be provided.

IPTF will use proceeds from this fundraiser to further the mission of the organization, which is to help the community thrive by connecting people to accessible, equitable and inclusive mobility solutions. IPTF partners with more than 75 local nonprofits to provide free and discounted bus passes and also raises funding to increase physical access to public transportation by improving and enhancing bus stops.

“The golf outing has become a fun, meaningful way for the Indianapolis community to show their support for IndyGo and their commitment to public transportation,” said IPTF Executive Director Emily Meaux. “As IndyGo works to move our city forward, IPTF works alongside it to raise vital funds to strengthen the connection to community and transit. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who supports this day and our mission.”

Registration for this event is $200 per single participant and $800 per team of four. There are also several sponsorships available. To register online, click HERE.
