Shalom 4th Annual Golf Outing

Shalom Health Care Center is a Federally Qualified non-profit Health Care Center.  Our health care professionals work together to provide quality adult and pediatric primary care and behavioral health services to ensure the uninsured, under-insured, and low-income residents of Indianapolis receive the services they need, regardless of their ability to pay.  We are improving the health of our community one patient at a time!

The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly affected the medically and socially vulnerable populations in various ways, including loss of employment, food insecurity, and reduced access to essential medical services.  Shalom has been working to address the needs of this population by providing additional services and programs such as COVID relief funds, COVID-19 vaccinations, and providing incentives for completing preventative health screenings.

To help support our mission, Shalom hosts our annual fundraising golf tournament to ensure our critical services remain available to those most in need.  Our 4^th annual event is scheduled for Tuesday, September 20^, 2022 at Eagle Creek Golf Club in Indianapolis.
