Caldwell VanRiper (CVR), an Indianapolis-based integrated advertising, marketing, public relations and digital agency, is pleased to announce the promotion of Blake Lofgren to Vice President of Account Service. In his new role, he’ll lead client strategy and new business efforts for the agency.
Since joining CVR in 2019, Lofgren has successfully managed client relations and strategy for numerous companies including Allison Transmission and Republic Airways. Key achievements and contributions during his time with the agency include launching cutting-edge interactive experiences and virtual meeting capabilities in response to the pandemic as well as brand development and positioning studies, all of which helped clients achieve their business goals.
“Blake has been a trusted leader in managing client relationships and strategic marketing programs since we welcomed him to CVR more than three years ago,” said Kevin Flynn, President, Caldwell VanRiper. “We are thrilled to announce his much deserved promotion. We know that Blake will continue to guide our team in its mission to make a difference in the world through building brands that matter.”
Lofgren began his professional career as an Account Executive for Arland Communications, a marketing agency located in Carmel, IN, specializing in PR, event management and video production for the consumer electronics and broadcast television industries. After four years, Lofgren pivoted to sales with local custom home builder, Estridge Homes, generating more than $10 million in new home sales in just two years. Ready to rejoin the marketing world, he transitioned to the homebuilder’s Director of Marketing role for a year to elevate their brand, infuse new customer experiences and grow market awareness before joining CVR. Lofgren earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Oregon State University.
