The Annex Group® Ranks 15th on Affordable Housing Finance’s List of Top 50 Developers

INDIANAPOLIS (June 20, 2022) – The Annex Group®, a leading workforce, affordable and student housing developer, announces today it has earned the number 15 position on Affordable Housing Finance’s Top 50 Developers List. This list of the nation’s top affordable housing developers is generated using the number of affordable housing project starts and completions from 2021.

The Annex Group is listed 27 positions higher than it was in 2021 when it earned the 42^nd position on the list of 50 developers. With construction on 909 affordable housing units started in 2021, the company is pleased to be among the top housing developers in the country for the second year in a row.
