Attorney John Fleming Joins Katz Korin Cunningham

John Fleming has joined Katz Korin Cunningham as a partner with the business transaction practice group. John concentrates his practice representing lenders, borrowers, investors and businesses in complex financing, business, and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in lending, capital markets, distressed assets, and commercial real estate. In addition to his standard representations, John brings his operating and practical experience to bear on behalf of creditors by acting as a receiver from time to time.

John attended Wabash College for his undergraduate studies. After graduating cum laude with a major in English, John earned his J.D. with honors at the University of North Carolina School of Law.
