A Night at Union 50 to Benefit the Starfish Initiative

Each of us remembers going to high school and learning to navigate life.  For some, it was a time of joy for others it was a season of trial; perhaps it was a little of both.  No one becomes an adult without the season of being a teen.  The last two years because of a global pandemic have added a new level of challenge.    The Starfish Intitative for 19 years has provided one-on-one mentoring to academically promising high school students throughout all of Marion County.  The impact we are having now is helping these scholars achieve tremendous life outcomes from college admission and graduation, vocational certification, graduate degrees, and regional directors of industry.
