CVR Kicks Off 2022 By Expanding Team, Celebrating Promotions

Indianapolis (January 26, 2021) - Caldwell VanRiper (CVR), an Indianapolis-based integrated advertising, public relations and digital agency, is pleased to welcome four employees to its team of dedicated, creative professionals. The expansion of its staff is representative of CVR’s commitment to building brands that matter and its continued acceleration in a competitive market.

CVR is proud to add the following new employees to its talented team:

  • Zachariah Haske as Director of Photography – Zachariah is passionate about producing, directing, shooting and editing videos. He joins CVR with a variety of videography and photography experience including long-form education pieces, story-based advertisements and music videos. Zachariah has also shot several short films, some of which have been featured at the Indy Film Fest and Atlanta Film Festival. He graduated from Asbury University with a bachelor’s degree in media communications with a film production emphasis.
  • Lindsay Kline as Media Administrative Assistant – Lindsay will assist with media planning and analytics for CVR’s clients. She joins the agency with experience in account management and customer service and is skilled in creative thinking and organization. Lindsay graduated from Ball State with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts.
  • Conor Lee as Director of Interactive Experience and SEO – Conor comes to CVR with more than ten years of experience in digital marketing, customer service and subscriber outreach. In his role, Conor will work to help brands preserve, enhance and grow their digital footprint. He will oversee client strategy for website design, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and customer relationship management software (CRM).
  • Claire Strohl as Senior Digital Strategist – Claire brings extensive experience in project management, content development and client relations to CVR. As a creative strategist, she is passionate about projects that allow her to leverage her attention to detail, organizational skills and creative insights to build successful brands. Claire has worked on the client side for national consumer packaged goods and ecommerce brands and has already added value to the agency.

In addition to welcoming new employees to the agency, CVR is proud to announce the promotion of Mary Moore to Vice President, Media. Since joining the agency over a decade ago, Mary has adapted to a rapidly changing marketing environment, leading media strategy for clients across industries including retail, healthcare, education, transportation and nonprofit. She understands that media placement is essential to brand strategy and is passionate about delivering results that help clients meet their goals.
