Binford Pet Wellness Clinic moves to new, larger facility

Pet Wellness Clinics is excited to announce the move of its Binford location into a larger, more accommodating, state-of-the-art facility.

Patients and their owners won’t have to go far to find their new home for exceptional care, as the new Binford Pet Wellness Clinic is located less than two blocks west of the previous location.

Binford Pet Wellness Clinic is now located at 5640 East 71st Street. The 4,000-square-foot facility represents a $1.5 million investment into the community and the well-being of area animals. The building has been designed by hands-on veterinarians in order to better serve patients’ needs and make room for the growing practice to provide comprehensive services and unmatched, compassionate care to the pets of Indianapolis, Broad Ripple, Castleton and surrounding communities.

To celebrate the new space, Binford Pet Wellness Clinics is hosting Pet Pawm 2019 from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 4, as part of its grand opening celebration open to the public and members of the media.

Put on your dancing shoes, dress your furry friends in their finest formal wear, get their picture taken on our red carpet and compete for the coveted titles of Pet Pawm King and Pet Pawm Queen — winners will receive a FREE one-year Pet Prime membership.

In addition to the increased size, the new Binford Pet Wellness Clinic space includes an improved design and easier access, more examination rooms and state-of-the-art technology and amenities including digital radiographs, ultrasound equipment, an in-house laboratory and easy-access cushioned lift tables for comfortable patient examination.

“We’re thrilled to have a brand-new, larger and upgraded space from which to serve the pets of Indianapolis, Broad Ripple, Castleton and beyond,” Pet Wellness Clinics Practice Manager Betsy Smart says. “This facility was specifically designed with input from our veterinarians so we could provide exactly what they need in order to go above and beyond in giving our patients the care and attention they deserve.”

The move of the Binford Pet Wellness Clinic is just one expansion of the growing practice across Indianapolis. Pet Wellness Clinics opened its sixth and seventh locations in Geist and Zionsville, respectively, last year and began offering live video telemedicine consultations last month. Pet Wellness Clinics plans to open two additional Central Indiana locations throughout 2019.
