arcDESIGN Promotes Four To Associate

arcDESIGN is excited to announce new additions to our leadership team. We have promoted Nate Alderfer, Jenner Lillibridge, Daniel Potash and Rick Rush to Associate.  This talented group joins Associates Greg Miller and Kari Funston as the team that will help the partners shape firm strategy, project leadership and staff development.” said Andy Hine AIA, Principal at arcDESIGN.

Nate Alderfer leads key healthcare projects for arcDESIGN, as well as spearheading aD University—our continuing education programming for the firm as a whole.

Jenner Lillibridge also leads healthcare design work for several clients, and has been instrumental in forming arcDesign’s mentoring program, aDvisor, that aids in the development of our interns, graduate designers, and graduate architects.

Daniel Potash leads projects and staff in our higher education sector.  Daniel has been an innovator in arcDESIGN’s leadership position with VR and high-level BIM processes, while driving our IT program in its entirety.

Rick Rush is a proven leader in arcDESIGN’s healthcare and civic sectors. He is one of 16 Indiana architects selected for the inaugural AIA Indiana’s Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP). Rick also serves as a strong mentor for our graduate architects.

“As we approach arcDESIGN’s twentieth anniversary this June, we are thrilled with this emerging group of Associates and look forward to their impact on the firm’s next 20 years!
