ADVISA Expands INSPIRE Leadership Conference in 2019

Mark Miles, Max Yoder, Mike Zani and more set to speak on culture, engagement, and talent optimization

INDIANAPOLIS, IND. (December 17, 2018) - ADVISA USA (Carmel, Ind.) a leadership development consultancy, announced today its expansion of the INSPIRE Leadership Conference, broadening the private one-day event into a public 1.5 day summit—to meet heavy demand for leadership development during this unprecedented time in workplace history. INSPIRE will take place in Indianapolis on February 19 – 20, 2019. Tickets for the event are currently on sale, with early bird rates expiring on December 31.

INSPIRE brings together real stories from real leaders to help attendees discover new learning pathways, gain perspective from peers and broaden their leadership journey.

This year INSPIRE will focus on talent optimization in the workplace—from early career and emerging leader trends, to discussions on intentional culture and panels surrounding tech and the future of work.

“We’re thrilled to welcome our community into this very relevant conversation; we expect to see at least 200 CEO, CFO, and HR Director attendees at INSPIRE this year,” says Heather Haas, President of ADVISA. “With a full labor market, rapidly retiring Boomers, high potential employees who are not yet ready to lead, and an epidemic of talent shortfalls predicted to persist for the next 15 years, it’s part of our mission to bring the noble work of training and developing future leaders to all businesses.”

Day 1 of the conference, February 19, will kick off at City Hardware and is only open to ADVISA clients using The Predictive Index®, a behavioral assessment software specifically designed to help managers optimize talent through a better understanding of their employees.

Day 2, February 20, will open to the public and bring together a list of A-list local leaders including Mark Miles, CEO of Hulman & Company, and Max Yoder, CEO of Lessonly. Mike Zani, CEO of The Predictive Index, will speak to attendees on the future of talent optimization and the importance of adapting in an everchanging environment. Additional speakers from varying industries will be announced at a later date and will join at INSPIRE to discuss what binds their organizations together—their employees. Attendees will gather at The Alexander Hotel for a full day of learning and growth.

“Learning is a social process,” says Dr. Fredricka Joyner, PH.D., principal designer and facilitator of ADVISA’s leadership and organizational development curricula. “Bringing people together every year to share their own experiences—from success to setback—creates a powerful catalyst for change in our communities.”

ADVISA is joined by 10 sponsors, who each bring a unique value to the attendees, and share the common denominator of robust leadership initiatives of their own. INSPIRE is honored to welcome Fuel Merchandise Group, Lessonly, First Person, Oliver Winery, Willow Marketing, GadellNet, Structural, Wooden McLaughlin, ExactHire, and Platinum Recruiting Group.
