Apex Benefits Launches 2019 Indiana Employee Benefits Benchmarking Survey

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (January 16, 2019) – Apex Benefits announced today the launch of its 2019 Indiana Employee Benefits Benchmarking Survey.

For the third consecutive year, Apex Benefits is gathering data from employers across Indiana and compiling the results into a final report filled with valuable information on 2019 trends. Thesurvey results will help employers compare benefits to other Indiana employers based on size, industry, funding type and plan design, giving insights that won’t be found anywhere else. This information is critical for recruitment and employee retention at a time when Indiana has an unemployment rate of just 3.3%.

The survey results will also provide valuable data that employers can use to design an attractive and cost-effective benefits program, including:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve benefits plans
  • Highlighting areas where employers are already ahead of the curve
  • Introducing opportunities for cost savings and benefit program enhancements

Groups of all sizes who sponsor health plans are welcome to participate at no cost.

Employers can access the survey by going to this link: https://bit.ly/2FBhejH

Survey participants will receive a complimentary copy of the 2019 Indiana Employee Benefits Benchmarking Report, an invitation to the benchmarking reveal event in June and a free consultation with an Apex advisor to help analyze and apply the survey findings.
