Damar buys building in Avon for new ABA clinic

Damar Services has bought an 11,000-square-foot building at 7105 Galen Drive West in Avon to expand its autism services.

The nonprofit organization based on Indianapolis’ southwest side will renovate the building and open an ABA Autism Services clinic in February. The buyer was represented by Katie McCoy of Viewpoint Realty Group. The seller was Seth Seaton Key Auctions LLC.

In addition to the Avon clinic, located just off of Rockville Road and Hwy 267, Damar also operates an ABA Autism Services by Damar clinic in the Geist area and a third location on the Southwest side at Ameriplex Plaza.
