Do you collaborate with partners in the European Union? Or does your organization have EU citizens’ personal information on file (such as names and email addresses)?
On November 28th, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Indy Partnership is co-hosting a seminar on EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Violation of GDPR could result in fines up to 22,000,000 EUR or 4% of company annual turnover, whichever is higher.
Companies, universities, non-profits, and local government are all welcome to attend. The GDPR relates to legal, communications, IT, data management, and business development functions. Attorneys can earn 2.0 General CLE credits for this course.
